Custom Domains (Ingress)
Map a custom domain to services in a Facets environment by adding a domain alias and URL on the Ingress resource, then creating a CNAME at your DNS provider.
Map a custom domain to a service by configuring it on the environment's Ingress resource, then pointing DNS at it. This is console-only; nothing in the CLI covers domain mapping.
Map a custom domain
- In the Resource Center of the environment, select the Ingress resource.
- Open the Domains tab and click Map Custom Domain.
- Provide:
- Custom Domain Alias: a unique name for the mapping.
- Custom Domain URL: the web address to map.
- Click Create.
- At your DNS provider, add a CNAME record for the domain and save.
