AWS services in mainland China are operated by two local qualified companies. The AWS China (Beijing) Region, which was generally available to Chinese customers in 2016, is operated by Beijing Sinnet Technology Co. Ltd. (Sinnet), while the AWS China (Ningxia) Region, which was launched in 2017, is operated by Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd. (NWCD).
In compliance with the rules of the Mainland China, there are a few variations in the AWS services.
A software product catalog created on Facets.cloud, can be deployed on AWS China regions just like the AWS global regions. Global companies who are on AWS and using Facets.cloud Control plane can deploy on AWS CN without any modification required to the software product catalog.
